Unable to connect to ESXi host via vCenter or Client

Hi,

I have an issue today with one of my hosts and not being able to connect to it via vCenter or the vSphere Client.

I first attempted to restart the managment agents using /sbin/services.sh restart which resulted in the following

I then remembered that I had added some test NFS shares which are no longer available. I then tried to remove the NFS share with the following command "esxcli storage nfs remove -v ZTest1" which resulted in the following error

Can anyone suggest a next step to try?

All the VM's are still running and I can access the server via SSH or the console. The console menu system is extremly slow.

Thanks

Jeremy

I have now solved the issue.

I have written a blog at http://wp.me/p2KJCF-1p to explain how.

Thanks
