Hi,
I'm running ESXi 4.0 on SunFire X4450 as host machine. I would like to configure video card for one of the VMs (Windows XP Professional 32-bit) so that I can have 2 displays (1600x1200, color depth - 24). Any change made to the video card configuration to do so does not persist and gets reverted to the default (1 display - 800x600 24 bit ).
Following is set in the .vmx file:
svga.vramSize = "23040000"
As per my understanding, (1600x1200x4x2 < 23040000) the configuration should be possible.
What am I missing?
