Unable to clone or create virtual machine from cluster when HA is on.

Using 2 ESXi servers 1 5.0 and the other 5.1 with vCenter 5.1, if I go to the cluster and add a new virtual machine, I get to the specific host screen and I can choose any host, they have a yellow exclamation mark and nothing write in Compatibility. Same happens when I try to clone a machine. If I disable HA this works.... Whats going on here ?

How loaded are  the ESXi hosts? Do you see any errors in the event log?

Load is not high and when disabling HA on the cluster this works fine... I did not see any errors eather...
