Unable to change time zone

I am unable to change system time zone on an ESXi 7 U3 host.

Following https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1436 I see that my system does not have /usr/share/zoneinfo folder at all.

Host is running smoothly 4 VMs.

That article is for ESX, not ESXi.

ESXi uses UTC, as per the KB article:
