I have a user who is remotely managing a VM server and he wants to use VMWare Workstation Pro. But the application has issues pulling up any remote consoles from the VCenter. Managing the VM's and utilizing tools from the VCenter are unaffected and he can jump on the web GUI and utilize everything no problem, including the Web Console. But if he tries to open a remote console (even from the web GUI) he receive an error of address unreachable (unresolvable? can't remember which one).
This is only occurring from one site, a different site and VCenter is allowing him full access through VMWare Workstation Pro.
Any help is appreciated!
