Unable To Install ESXi 4.1 with RAID0. HDD Does not come up during the ESXi4.1 Installation.

Experts,

I have HP Proliant server. I have configure raid 0 on this. When I install ESX4.1 it does not detect the HDD.It just say 9.5 gigs of free space is required but it does not show the Raid0 configured space in the box.

It work fine when i try to install MS Windows on that. I tried with esx4.5 and 5.0 but the same problem occur

Please suggest.

Check if the RIAD controller is detected...

Configure server with RAID 1 or RAID 5, few RAID controllers are not supported by vmware, check HCL for HP servers, try to install OS without configuring RAID.
