Umounting LUN

Using DPM in  vCcenter server,  if one or more hosts under a cluster are in standby mode, then what will be the procedure for unmounting the lun? Is there any specific procedure to unmount the lun with out switching off the DPM?

Thanks,

Praveen

To unmount / mask the LUN from the ESXi host, it should be UP and accessible. Or the other way is to  un-map it form the Array, so that it wont get mounted when the server is back up.
