Ubuntu Server 12.04 x86 not detecting drivers during installation

I am trying to install the 32bit server version of Ubuntu 12.04 on ESXi, however when trying to autodetect the hardware it can't find any of the drivers. I knew what the network driver was, E1000, but I am not sure what vmware uses for the virtual hard drives. Does anyone know what driver I need to use?

You do realise Ubuntu 12.04 support was added in ESXi 5 U1, right?

Ok, but my question was what driver is needed for the virtual HDD, not what platform is 12.04 supported on.
