It is possible to attach a device (such as WebCam) to a virtual machine under ESXi4 ?
I try to add a USB Controller but give me an license error...how can I use it ?

At this point ESXi does not support USB devices within a virtual guest. That will change but at this time no. You can use network attached webcams or add a network USB hub.
