USB keyboard disabled after boot

We had used VMware ESXi 4.0 for a while. Actually we need to add a route command to the dedicated machine, to access the VMs from a VPN in our company. I tried to open the console on the server, but the keyboard not works. No lights on Numlock, etc.

The machine was running without any keyboard for a while.

I tried to connect 3 USB keyboards to the server, the same problem. I tried every USB slot (10). I tried to reboot with connected keyboard on all ports.

The keyboard works at the startup, but at the final steps the lights on NumLock went off.

In Sphere I did switch on the kerlen log while boot. Where I noticed a line:

TSC: 9336932 cpu0:0)Keyboard: 169: keyboard disabled in ACPI FADT

Any idea how to get work the keyboard? The motherboard is Intel.

VMware ESXi 4.0.0, 171294

Hello,

i got the same problem with the installation of the latest VMWare ESX on Fujitsu Primergy Server.

The Keyboard is working fine, until the VMWare ESX bootscreen (yellow) is coming up.

I tried many USB keyboards, but with no changes. Any idea how to get work the keyboard?
