Trying tp patch esxi 6.5 servers. Fails with error - The host returns esxupdate error codes: -1.

I searched and didnt find this specific error.  Any ideas what I should be looking for?  I created bundle, attached and attempted to stage, after putting host in maint mode.

 

 The host returns esxupdate error codes: -1.

Thread reported to moderators, it needs moving to the area for vRA since it's not about the vSphere Client SDK.
