Trying to install ESXi 5.5.0, stuck on "Welcome to the VMware ESXi 5.5.0 Installation" screen. When I press Enter to continue nothing happens

Hi,

I am using Advantech AIMB-581QG2-00A1E mother board having Intel I7-2600(G) 4 core processor. I want to install ESXi 5.5.0 onto it, however it gets stuck on the Welcome screen as attached. Nothing happens on when I click Enter to continue.

Can you help. I have tried on a Dell computer previously having windows XP it worked then.

Are you using a USB keyboard?  Use a PS/2 keyboard if possible.  Otherwise, make sure the USB keyboard is attached directly to a USB port on the motherboard (not through a hub) and enable EHCI handoff in the BIOS.
