There was an error checking file system on altbootbank - Followed by loads of errors

When trying to update ESXi host i am having the following errors. I have looked for a week but cant seem to find any answers. any help please?

 

I uploaded the output as a CSV as I couldn't attach a text. any help really appreciated

Refer the following KB and try to repair the filesystem on the altbootbank :
