The user profile services failed to logon, user profile cannot be loaded

I`m experiencing this error of user profile not being loaded but its on users that are using Thin clients to logon on terminal server , the ones that are on Fat Clients are working fyn, the temporary solution I have for now is to copy the user profile and put it on C drive of a Terminal server and then it takes some time to load the user profile again.

Doesnt sound like its related to VMware as such. Can you give more background to your environment there?

I`m on a virtualised environment on Vsphere 4.1, with 5 x hosts managed by Vcenter- vsphrere client  all my users are loging on via terminal servers.
