Try turning a Thin disk to Thick with the option "inflate" and now when starting the machine gives me this error "The parent virtual disk has been modified since the child was created", how can I correct this problem without corrupting the data . I need Help!!!!

You really should not modify basedisks once you have snapshots.
Anyway please attach the vmdk descriptorfiles to your next reply.
To download them use WinSCP (the descriptorfiles are the small vmdk-files that do not have flat or delta in name.)
