The ovf descriptor file could not be parsed

Hi

I am getting this error while uploading the ovf file "The ovf descriptor file could not be parsed "

i tried exporting from vmware workstation,vmware stanalone convertor,vcenter

Please help me to resolve this issue

i had removed the manifest file (*.MN)  after that i downloaded  ovftool for extracting the ovf,vmdk file

Going to OVF path Syntax : c:\ovftool  "source directory"  "Target Directory"

c:\ovftool  "foldername \filename.ovf"    "foldername "

please feel free if u have any doubt.
