hbr-agent located at:

/opt/vmware/hbr/vib/vmware-hbr-agent-xxxxxx

used --> https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/75321 as a reference

Note I don't use replication so I'm not very sure here

if it's present there you can copy it to a local or shared datastore

while the host is in maintenance mode take an ssh to it and run

esxcli software vib install -v "/vmfs/volumes/datatsore_name/hbr-xxxx.vib"

once the vib is installed

you may have to reboot based on the installation result for changes to be effective

these vibs most ideally is for replication so are you using vsphere replication in your environment? if yes I would recommend copying the vib to a local datastore patch the host and while its in maintenance mode install the vib again and put in production if not using replication you may discard the warnings and no action required

Thanks,

Many Thanks for the reply

 yes we use vSphere Replication, can you put the details how to do that (the source of the vib, and installation method).

thanks
