The esx 4 server slow for guest OS.

The esx 4 server slow for guest OS.

Hi there.

My server is running on the esx 4 server. but, It's got the big problem with esx guest OS.

I'm installed windows 2003 server on my guest OS. but, those very slow for NIC connect to network. My guest OS on the running Exchange Sever.

I did reconfiguration, driver updated to NIC. But, it's not fix the problem and same make happing to situation.

please how can i fix that situation?

This forum is for the free Server2, not for ESX4. Best to search and post in the vSphere (a.k.a. ESX4) forums.

You'll also want to post more info, like what make and model of your host physical machine, how many CPU & Cores, how much RAM, and how many CPU and RAM allocated in the virtual machine (Windows 2003, in your case) so that those that respond can try to give the most accurate answer possible.

Have you installed the VMtools on your VM?

also, have you triesd the differenrent NIC types?

One day I will virtualise myself . . .
