What is mean that Tech Support Mode (TSM) timeout is not enabled for host xxxxx . What should I do in my environment ? is it critical ?
For ESXi 5.x onward, Tech Support Mode is SSH (Remote TSM) and ESXi shell (Local TSM) - VMware Knowledge Base.
