I have ESXi 4.0. How do I sleep and wake up the VM at the specified time? Thanks.

If you have Free ESXi there is no any official way to do so.

If you have business license, you can use vSphere Toolkit (Powershell) or Remote CLI to script this action and put it on Windows Scheduler.

Yes, I am free ESXi licence.

Is there a non official way? Has long been looking for solutions.

I have the option from the command line to enter an order so that I suspend VM?
