Sudden Reboot of Windows Server 2012 R2 in ESXi 6.7

Dear Experts,

One of the VM with Guest OS of Windows server 2012 R2 was frequently restarting at least twice a week. Upon checking on the OS Event Viewer, we found out that it has an Event 41, Kernel-Power (i attached the screenshot). We didn't encounter this issue on our other VMs with the same installed OS. Any suggestion and help will greatly appreciated, Thank you in advance!

Ciao

On the Guest OS Verify that automatic restart is not enabled in case of windows 2012 r2 operating system block, you must remove the following check:

at the next crash, a dump file will be created that you have to analyze with a tool like this: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html and from this analysis, we can retrieve additional information to identify the problem

Hello Fabio,

Thank you for the feedback, as of this writing the problem still recurring with the same VM. Unfortunately your suggestion is not possible with our environment since we are not allow to install on that standalone production server. Thanks again.
