Strange performance problem

Hi

We have 2 ESXi 5 623860 on HP Prloniant G6 and G7 server and since 1 month a problem with the performance. As you can see on the screenshot since the May 12th 2012 it starts on all the 21 Guests and stupid me, I have no idea what we did then. Of course I activated now the syslog service because I realized in the vSphere client I can't go back in the logs that long, but is there another way to find out what happened on the 12th of May?

The statistics looks the same on all Guests, more CPU, Network and Disk usage. On one of our Guests, a Oracle 11g DB we have sometimes lost connections because of a very long delay. It could be that I enabled DRS at that day, but I disabled it already today but still the same.

The Storage is a HP P2000 SAS and no I'm sure we didn't change anything on it.

Some kind of antivirus agent running inside the VMs and scheduled to scan at the same time?
