I have two different storage platform Dell 3par and Nimble HF40. it is possible to connect both of them through iSCSI on ESXi host 6.7.
The 3PAR is from HPE and not Dell. Most likely you use ESXi swISCSI so you have to check if both storage system are using the same type which mean single Subnet/Binding or different Subnets/Non-Binding.
