Storage Vmotion completes in zero seconds

Having an issue where after initiating a storage vmotion on a VM, it complets in 0 seconds, ive tried it several times with the same results:

Anyone with any suggestion would be greatly apprecaited.  Moving from one storage array to another, other machines move just fine, a few machines I have to run several times before it finally actually starts migrating.

No chance that you're using RDM's on that machine is there?

Not in thie case, it appears it has something to do with changing the disk type from thick to think, doing it in advanced mode vs regular while going through storage vmotion setup screens.  Will report back

You're not trying to go thick to thin on the same datastore are you?

LOL, well, as funny as it sounds, you might actually be correct, I wasnt watching click/click what the customer was doing, but that would make sense, AHHHHHHHH, good stuff.

Haha, yep, that'll do it.  Gotta make sure source and destination are different datastores- or it does it REALLY fast but doesn't do any thick to thin conversion for you.
