Storage VMotion is tied to my Vsphere license correct?

I just want to confirm, that features like vmotion, ha, and dr are tied to my VSphere ESXi Enterprise license correct, not Vcenter right?

correct, but you need vCenter for these feature to work or be configured.

one other thing... The features you mention all require shared storage
