Hi,

welcome to the communities,

Unfortunately I think it's not possible to add metric to static routes you can configure for vmkernel ports .

As shown in this kb article, the route adding commands don't offer metric options : VMware KB: Configuring static routes for vmkernel ports on an ESXi host
