Starting ESXi Host after hardware failure and cold migration of select VMs

VMware ESXi host (Version 6.7.0, 17167734) member of a VCenter (Version 6.7.0 Build 18485185)

Due to an extended outage due to motherboard failure VMhost was offline. No data was loss, no change to OS.

Select VMs were cold migrated to other ESXi hosts on the VCenter--recovered from from shared storage as part of recovery and continued productivity.

Now the Host has been fixed and is ready to power up with no change to the VMware installation.

I am concerned about the duplication of previously cold-migrated VMs that will still be active on the recovered host but were previously recovered from the shared datastores and  re currently running on other hosts in the VCenter.

if u have more than 1 host, suggest u use HA.
HA will check the VMs heartbeat by storage , if u down 1 host , VMs will auto restart from other host by default.
When HA enable, Host automatic startup and shutdown VM will disable.
if u solved this , plz accept as solution
if u face issue , let me know

it seems that u worry about The server power on , then the vm power on again.
if u have HA, just connect ur host.
if u do not have HA to ur cluster, and do not set ur host Configure VMstartup/shutdown. just connect host.
if u not confirm. u can power on host with no network cable connect. just use the management network to check the vms in it.
