Sound problem Red Hat Enterprise

I installed a Virtual Machine on ESXI 4 Server, and ther problem is that the sound not working.

I have this output with the command "lspci" :

It's not appear something like sound device.

Hi,

the only way is making work the sound device remotely (RDP), not on/inside the vm guest.

And the vm must to be windows, not linux.
