Solaris VM is not running on ESX4.0 after conversion from VMware workstation 6.5

I created Solaris VM on VMware workstation 6.5 but now i want to run it on ESX 4.0. After the conversion of Solaris VM from VMware workstation to ESX format through VMware converter 4.0.This VM is restarting again and again on power boot.

VMware workstation is running on Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E5420 and ESX 4 is running on Unisys ES3220L system

Please help ...............

How was the original virtual controller?

If it was IDE, you have to change from SCSI to IDE also on ESX 4.0.

What version of Solaris is this, and what type of processor? Due to processor misidentification bugs, early versions of Solaris 10 will continuously reboot on newer Intel processors. Make sure that you have at least Solaris 10 Update 5. See this Solaris bug report:
