Does anyone have any script/cli to delete the Orphaned snapshot files?

Please don't mind me asking, are you sure the snapshot files are orphaned? How did you confirm the files are not in use?

There are only rare cases in which snapshot files become orphaned.

Hi!

In our environment, we have this problem constantly with Esx 4.0... I think you're talking about the Vmdk non-consolidation, right?

I've created a script to create a new snapshot and then delete All.

First, check if it Works manually (Taking a new and deleting all snapshots). If so, i'll post my script here. 😃
