Should I upgrade?

We have 7 stand-alone ESXi 4 boxes that are used for temp remote site services and run two VMs (linux proxy and a utility box running 2k8) on Dell PE 1950. The question is simple: Should we upgrade to 4.1? Are there features that will make it worthwhile?

Hi,

I would recommend that you go through this link http://www.vmware.com/support/vsphere4/doc/vsp_41_new_feat.html it has a brief description about the new features introduced. If you find anyone of the feature would help the business go for the upgrade else don't have to worry, ESX 4.0 is also a stable version.
