Sharing a iSCSI datastore between vSphere licenced hosts and free esx hosts

Hi,

I would like to share an esx 4.1 datastore that is being used be a vSphere managed cluster (licensed) with a single host that runs the free license of esx.. are there any issues with doing this? Thanks!
