I've just setup a couple of vSphere 4.1 servers which connect to a Dell Powerconnect 5424 switch. I was wondering if people would recommend setting up some sort of LAG to improve network performance? If so can you offer any advise on how to set this up? At the moment I have just assigned 5 NICs to the default vSwitch. Please see attachment.
The servers are dell r710s and there is no shared storage.
