Server side validation cannot be performed when datastore
We have created a datastore cluster and when I migrate VM's to the datastore cluster I get the message "Server side validation cannot be performed when datastore cluster is part of the destination"
I don't really understand the message. Is this going to cause an issue or can we just ingore it?
When you are trying to migrate a VM to Storage DRS enabled datastore cluster, vCenter Server can not verify the destination datastore so you will get that message.
You can ignore it, because Storage DRS will do the best things for you.
