Hey Guys
Im having some issues using windows server backup on a server 2008 r2 guest on esxi4.1
When i run a full backup in windows server backup it creates the disk snapshot and starts to run.
(same goes for other backup tools) Just after the backup starts it fails saying myservername.vmdk is out of space. yet i have 50 odd GB free on all of my local drives
any ideas on what causes this
