Need to implement scripting on our infrastructure vSphere environment

For

Performance report extraction

List any scsi errors on esx server

list any newtork error in any ESX server

and any useful which is useful for administration

I am new to scripting please provide the information as clear as possible

You can start by having a look at the developer's community sample code page . Have a look at the Healthcheck PowerShell script that gives a lot of examples of what you can do.
