Screen resolution Yosemite and ESXI 6.0

We are experimenting with a ESXI server, have it running on a macMini 6,2. It all runs fine, but when i run a Guest OS Yosemite i can;t get the screen resolution higher then 1024x768.

I installed the VMTools, not working, adding more VM memory is not working. It keeps stuck at this resolution. What can i do next ?

Done the sugestions in that post. Think it is a limitation of the Macmini's
