SSL Certificates

Our Audit requires to install SSL Certificates on all ESXi 5.0. We have several 100 ESXi servers and wnated to know if there are any suggestions to implement certs on the ESXi servers other than manual process. We have a in-house Microsoft CA,

1. Wildcard certs - VMware doesnt support, but can these be used?

2. vCert manager

3. anyother suggestions.
