SSL Certificate warning when uploading an ESXi Image?

Hi Folks,

I've gone through the whole thing of installing vcenter, SSO, inventory, web client, update manager, etc. and replaced all SSL certificates using an excellent article series.

http://www.derekseaman.com/2013/10/vsphere-5-5-install-pt-1-introduction.html

I believe it is all working for me.  I've replaced SSL certificates on my ESXi 5.1 hosts and have added them to vcenter, no problem.

I want to use Update Manager to upgrade the hosts to 5.5.  I see this SSL certificate warning when trying to add the ESXi image (pic attached).

It makes me think that maybe my vcenter SSL certificate did not get replaced successfully?

I do not see this prompt anywhere else, like connecting from vsphere client.

Checking if any comments?

Thanks,

romatlo

I believe this is the method to verify that my vcenter SSL certificate is appropriate.

I can see that the certificate looks right, issued by my internal Microsoft CA.

Just wondering why prompted with a local self signed cert when trying to add that ESXi image.
