SNMP - monitoring custom parameters

Is there a way to read custom parameters via SNMP with ESXi 6.7U3 or 7.0U2? Eg. output of bash script or some other script? I found some articles in the network eg.
https://www.zwamneus.nl/creating-a-custom-snmp-oid-for-a-bash-script/
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27922646/how-to-get-and-set-oid-value-in-custom-snmp-mib

I can't find a config file relative to this described in the following articles.

I think, the articles are about Net-SNMP on Linux and not ESXi.

I guess, it is impossible on ESXi.
