We noticed that, sometimes when the SDRS kickoff migration, some VM's Disks are migrating to same Datastore(NFS). Not sure why?

did you checked if there is any "Storage DRS Affinity & Anti-Affinity Rules" are configured..?
if yes, please verify them. -- it might be one of the reason.

Aaaaahhh!!! Yes, you are right, It was because of affinity rules. I missed to check that option.
