SAN Replication

Hi,

If I have the storage disk A (HP P2000) and now i want to buy anotherone (storage disk B) for replicate A in B. How I have to configure the storage disk b (or fabric) for the ESXi not be able to find it? I'm in the correct way?

On the other hand, anyone can tell me where to start looking for information on how to tell ESX to take the storage B in case of storage A crash?

Thanks in advance.

From what I understand you are building a DR storage solution.

VMware SRM is tool you need, http://www.vmware.com/products/site-recovery-manager/

I'm not sure if experts know other ways.

OK, i'm reading that i need another farm with vcenter and esxi. I only want to replicate the SAN and link it to ESX in case of disaster.

That capability would normally be at the SAN level. ESXi would not necessarily be aware of the SAN failure. Check with HP.
