Running VMPlayer on a Virtual Machine

Hi All,

We have 3 VMs running on EXSi 5.0.0. Each of these 3 Virtual Machines have 64 bit CentOS installed on them.

One of these machines have VMware Player 5.0.2 installed. We are trying to run a virtual Machine through this VMware Player but it throws the below error:

I have confirmed that VT-x is enabled in BIOS.

Appreciate any help.

By default, ESXi 5.0.0 does not virtualize VT-x.  You can configure it to do so, but the configuration is not supported.  See .
