Restore Broken Vsphere

Good Day,

I have a failed update install on vsphere in Windows and cannot access it anymore. Is there anyway to attend to restore the installation?

Thank you

Please explain your issue/question little more clearly and with more details.

Currently it's not making much sense as to what you are after.

You have been asked for an explanation and details.
Just repeating the same question does not help anybody.
First of all there is no such thing as broken vsphere.
You may have a vsphere environment but the servers are either ESXi host or vCenter hosts.
If you speak about an ESXI host the installation can be corrupt or the datastores can be corrupt.
So please post details

I can no longer access my vsphere client. I tried to update to newer version of vsphere on windows and failed install and now no longer can access it.

So ESXi is fine ,vCenter is fine , you just messed up your client ?
Uninstall current version and reinstall it.

What was vcenter version which you tried to upgrade and what was the target version?

If vcenter is a virtual machine, did you take a snapshot before you tried to perform an upgrade?

Did you backup VC database before an upgrade?

Can you chech the status of vcenter sevice on your windows machine? is it running or stopped? if it's stopped, you should try to start it manually.

The esxi are fine. just the vsphere is damaged from an upgrade that fails. All windows services are started, but cannot access it.

Thank you

Go get help on this, you must reply with following details.

1. What is the exact error you are seeing, if possible provide snapshot.

2. Current vCenter version and build number.

3. The build and version you are trying to update/upgrade.

4. What was the error encountered while update/upgrade.

5. All VMware services status if this is Windows based vCenter.

'Snapshot could not be created' is different issue. Are you able to login vCenter via vSphere client or with Web client via https://your-vcenter-hostname:9443/vsphere-client ?

Or you are trying to restore snapshot of vCenter VM?
