Reports for out of date vmtools and hardware

Is there a way to have a report print out the below for each server?

vmtools - is it out of date.

hardware - version 4 or 7

vmtools - advanced option - check to see if "vmtools needs to be updated" is checked, also check to see if the "syncronize time with host" is checked.

You may want to look at RVTools or vEcoShell
