Repair file system

One of my hard drives have one bad sector in the beginning of disk

And ESX 4 can't mount datastore BACKUP_DRIVE on this HDD

how to run checking of file system and reapir it?

You may have that facility from within your array controller. I would also check with the drive manufacturer to see if they have a utility. That said, if this is a production server and there is any reason not to trust the drive, I would replace it.

I have tested this HDD using low-level tool MHDD - and I see one bad block

This bad block in the beginning of HDD

Only 1 block make 500 GB HDD inaccessible

I want to repair file system, copy info and replace this HDD

Is it possible?

I don't think you are going to repair the file system. Since one sector is bad don't try to repair the driver. You risk further loss. You will need to use something like a low level sector copying tool. I don't know how many clone tools will work against bad sectors but do a Google search for "drive clone sector copy". You will need another drive of equal size to clone to.
