Removing Datastore from ESX

Hi All,

         I am have configured two data stores to my ESX server. I need to remove one of the data store from that ESX.Any one Know the command Line for this Operation?

try this: vmfkstools -L release /vmfs/devices/disks/...

It is not removing the datastore .
