Remove 7.0 update 3 from Baseline

All of the ESXi 7.0 update 3 updates are in my Critical Host Patches Baseline. How do I remove them? They are making my Host non-compliant, and when I try to stage Critical Host Patches Baseline, it fails with the error of "Cannot download VIB. This might be because of network issues or the specified VIB does NOT exist or does NOT have proper 'read' privilege set. Please make sure the specified VIB exists and is accessible from vCenter Server."

Any help is appreciated.

In order to get rid of the patch definitions, you may need to reset the Update database.
