Remote console on vmware 6.7

hello , we using vmware 6.7 and the remote console keeps freezing after 10seconds and i have to close it down and reopen and it last for another ten seconds . this happens on everyone machine . when i log into the hosts indivudual there is no problem only when going through vcenter . When i use web console via vcenter i get no issue just with the remote console you install anyone had this problem

You should use the vSphere Client (HTML 5) for connection to vCenter and from there to open remote console on the machines.

I would try Firefox browser when connecting to VCenter

what ever browser i use i get the same issue . works fine in browser for viewing server . But if i click use remote console the console will open and run for 10-20 seconds then freeze . if i close it down and click open remote console  it will work 10-20 seconds again etc
