Relocating vdisks without migtrating the entire VM

A VM is hosted by an ESXi 5.5 host member of a vSphere 5.5 infrastructure.

Imagine a VM, VM1, with 4 vdisks: 2 vdisks are hosted by datastore1, 2 vdisks are hosted by datastore2

How can I migrate the 2 vdisks hosted by datastore2 to datastore3 without migrating the entire VM?

Can I perform che (partial) migration without powering off the VM?

Regards

Hi Marius,

When you launch the migrate wizard and select 'Change datastore' you will see an 'Advanced' button. That gives you the option of placing the individual disks and config files on specific datastores.
